Returns & Exchanges

At Easy@Home, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial shipment.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
